How fast do you respond?
I typically respond within a few hours on weekdays. For urgent issues I do my best to get back to you same day. Monthly retainer clients get priority response.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, for urgent issues. Weekend availability varies but I'll always let you know upfront what to expect based on your situation.
What areas do you cover for on-site visits?
I'm based in Fairfield County, CT and cover the surrounding areas including Norwalk, Stamford, Greenwich, Bridgeport, and nearby parts of Westchester. Remote support is available anywhere.
Is the first call really free?
Yes — the 15-minute intro call is completely free. It's just a chance to talk through what you need and figure out if I'm the right fit before any money changes hands.
What if you can't fix my problem?
I'll be straight with you. If something is outside my scope I'll tell you upfront and point you in the right direction — I won't bill you for something I can't resolve.
Do you work with Macs?
Yes — remote support covers both Windows and Mac. Most of my on-site experience is Windows-heavy but I'm comfortable working across both platforms.
